1.Purpose and scope of application

The FBD series explosion-proof press-in counter-rotating axial flow local ventilator is mainly used in mines and other industrial sectors to transport places containing gas, coal dust and flammable gases. It can be used for mine excavation in coal mines, metal mines, chemical mines and other mines. , construction of wells and long-distance ventilation of tunnels, etc. It is suitable for places where the medium temperature does not exceed 40ºC, the humidity does not exceed 95%±3% (at 25ºC) and there is no corrosion.

2. Overall structure

(1) This series of ventilators consists of a current collector, a primary fan, a secondary fan, a motor, a muffler, etc. As shown in the figure, the body and structural parts are made of welded steel plates, and the motor and impeller are directly connected. The transmission is reliable, the overall structure is simple and compact, sturdy and durable, and easy to use and maintain.
(2) The motor is a YBF series mining explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motor with a voltage level of 380V-660V.


 

 

 

3. Main features

(1) It adopts advanced three-dimensional flow aerodynamic theory, curved Qiong combined orthogonal blade airfoil and many other high-tech design and manufacturing, which has advanced levels at home and abroad.
(2) It adopts counter-rotating direct-coupled transmission. Compared with the old-fashioned fan, it reduces the guide vane device, has high full (static) pressure efficiency, wide range of high-efficiency area, and has ideal energy-saving effect.
(3) The wind pressure is gentle and the surge phenomenon is minimal; it also operates stably in areas with high wind pressure and small flow rate; the underground air supply distance is long and has strong adaptability to complex tunnels.
(4) The outsourcing compound muffler device is used, which has ultra-low noise characteristics and has an effect on changing the noise environment of the underground restricted space.
(5) It is designed and produced in accordance with the industry standard MT755-1997 "Technical Conditions for Counter-rotating Local Ventilators", and has been inspected on-site for quality supervision and inspection of dust-proof ventilation products in coal mines. The full pressure efficiency reaches about 85%, and the noise is less than ≤ dB, which is currently the Domestic mining fans that meet the "Double 85" requirements.
