The K40 mining fan is specially designed according to the needs of various non-coal mines such as metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, gold, chemical industry, building materials and nuclear industries. It can be used as a main fan or an auxiliary fan, and can be installed on the surface or underground. 

Suitable for joint operation of multiple fans, it is an ideal station fan at all levels of the multi-fan series-parallel multi-stage station ventilation system. It is also suitable for ventilation in large workshops, tunnels, civil air defense projects and other occasions.
Classification
Mining fan K40 is divided into sizes 7-26 according to the different impeller diameters, which are equipped with three-phase asynchronous motors of different powers; the motors are generally divided into three pole numbers: 2 poles 2900r/min, 4 poles 1450r/min, 6 poles 960r/min
use
Mining fan K40 is easy to use. Just fix the anchor bolts and connect the motor leads to the power supply before use.
Supporting devices
The mining fan K40 can be equipped with a diffuser (to improve the static pressure efficiency) and a starter cabinet (for easy operation and motor protection, and can achieve reverse rotation and reverse wind).

1. Using twisted airfoil blades, the aerodynamic efficiency is high and the energy saving effect is extremely significant.
2. With diverse performance and complete specifications, it can be well matched with ventilation networks of various resistance and air volume types, and can maintain long-term and efficient operation.
3. Equipped with a stabilizing ring device, the characteristic curve has no hump and no danger of surge. It can operate safely and stably under any resistance state, and is suitable for joint operation of multiple fans.
4. It adopts the structure of direct connection between the motor and the impeller, which has good overall stability, convenient installation and maintenance, and low local resistance of the device.
5. Compact structure and good moisture-proof performance. The main body of the fan adopts a steel plate and profiled steel welded structure. The blades are made of steel plates and are hollow. The blades and the entire machine have high strength and strong resistance to underground blasting shock waves. They can be installed on the surface or underground. 6. The reverse wind can be reversed, the reverse wind rate is greater than 60%, and there is no need to build a reverse wind duct.
