Product Description

SDF forced in counter rotating axial flow tunnel fan is a new product developed by Hurric Industrial Equipment (Shandong) Co., Ltd on the basis of summarizing the structure and technical performance of domestic existing forced in tunnel fan. The product has the characteristics of reasonable structure, complete specifications, high efficiency, low noise and long air supply distance, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and saves ventilation time. It is an ideal equipment for tunnel ventilation. It can also be used in ventilation systems of metallurgy, chemical industry, mining industry and so on.

Main purpose and scope of application

This product is mainly used in tunnel ventilation systems such as highways, subways and mines for press in ventilation. It is suitable for press in local ventilation of various mining faces and chambers.

Structural features

The fan is composed of five parts: current collector, air inlet silencer, primary group, secondary group and air outlet silencer. Each stage is driven by a motor with the same rated power. The impeller is directly connected to the motor shaft, and the rotation direction of the impeller between the two adjacent stages is opposite. After the gas enters the first stage impeller to obtain energy, it is accelerated and discharged through the second stage impeller. The latter stage impeller has the function of stationary blade of axial flow fan and increases the gas flow at the same time, so as to achieve higher wind pressure and efficiency.The fan can be disassembled from the middle flange and used in a single section, but pay attention to safety to prevent damage to the impeller caused by foreign matter inhalation.

Operating environment

This product can be used on the ground of tunnel or support.Use on the bracket. Ambient gas temperature of fan.It is 15 to 50 degrees, and the altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters,The rated frequency of the power supply used is 50Hz.

Working conditions

The dust content of the product passing through the gas shall not exceed 200mg / m3.
Debugging procedures, methods and matters needing attention
Open the motor junction box, select the suitable cable according to the motor power, thread the wire from the junction box of the first and second class chassis, connect the motor through the junction box, fix the junction box and tighten the nut. Check whether the bolts are complete and reliable, check the completion of the commissioning can be carried out and commissioning. If need to connect the frequency conversion control cabinet, each frequency conversion control cabinet is connected with a junction box separately, to ensure the rotation direction of the impeller is consistent with the direction of the Arrow marked by the fan.

Installation and commission

The Fan does not need a special equipment foundation, placed on a relatively flat ground or plane can be long-term stable operation, if the use of hanging installation, the fan top lifting ears should be good bolt, use The u-shaped crane steel link can be good.
